At Lasalle New Life, we believe that faith is a call to action. Our Community Services team is dedicated to meeting the practical needs of our neighbors, providing a helping hand and a warm smile to everyone who walks through our doors.
🍎 Weekly Food Bank
Providing nourishment and essentials to our community.
We provide fresh groceries, pantry staples, and clothing items to those facing hardship. To ensure we can support as many families as possible, food distribution is provided on a bi-weekly basis for registered individuals.
- When: Every Wednesday | 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Where to Enter: Please use the church doors facing the Super C.
- What to Bring: For your first visit, please bring a photo ID and a document with your current address (Name, Phone, and Address) for our registration records.
- Immediate Support: If you are facing an urgent food crisis, please call us at 514-368-9004.
Note: Clothing is available during our regular Wednesday hours. If you are in need of specific items, please let your volunteers know during your visit.

Free classes to help you thrive in a changing world.
We offer three distinct programs designed to help you gain confidence, find better employment, and connect with your neighbors.
1.Computer Literacy
1. Computer Literacy
Bridge the digital divide. Learn the essentials of technology in a stress-free environment, including:
- Navigating the internet and staying safe online.
- Creating resumes and documents in Microsoft Word.
- Mastering email and file management.

2. Conversational French
Feel at home in Montreal. Our introductory lessons focus on the "everyday French" you need for the grocery store, the doctor’s office, and daily life in Quebec.

Improve your fluency and confidence. We focus on practical speaking and listening skills to help you communicate more effectively in your personal and professional life.

🏠 Community Garage Sale
Quality essentials at neighborly prices.
Three times a year, we open our doors for a large-scale community sale. This is a great opportunity to find gently used clothing, furniture, and kitchen utensils at a very low cost.
